2025 NCAA women's basketball top 16 reveal dates, schedule and how to watch

There will again be two in-season top 16 reveals leading up to the 2025 NCAA women’s basketball tournament, as the selection committee will share which teams are currently ranked in their top 16 ahead of Selection Sunday.

The first reveal comes as the countdown hits one month before the official selections:

  • 12 p.m. ET Sunday, Feb. 16 on ABC
  • 6:30 p.m. ET Thursday, Feb. 27 on ESPN2

Beginning in 2015, these preliminary, in-season rankings have offered insight into the committee's criterion for seeding and selection while allowing the fortunate fans of college basketball's best teams to see how they stand barely a month before March Madness.

The official, full 68-team tournament bracket will be announced on Sunday, March 16.
