🦅 BC defeats Northeastern, will face BU in Beanpot Final
No. 1 Boston College lived up to its ranking, putting on an offensive clinic against the back-to-back defending Beanpot champion Northeastern 8-2.
The Eagles overwhelmed Northeastern's defense with their speed and elite puck movement. Eight different Eagles found the back of the net, and 16 different players recorded a point for BC in this one.
No. 1 Boston College moves on to play No. 8 Boston University in the Beanpot final for the first time since 2016.

💪 Strong 2nd period for the Eagles | BC 5, NU 1
Lukas Gustafsson added a quick goal in the first minute and Aram Minnetian scored one late to extend the BC lead to four goals after 40 minutes.
Shots are still close at 20-17 in favor of Boston College, but Northeastern can't seem to get many dangerous chances on Boston College netminder Jacob Fowler.
Boston College is now 20 minutes away from its first Beanpot final appearance since 2019.

👀 A wide-open first period at TD Garden | BC 3, NU 1
Boston College got on the board early after Teddy Stiga scored his 10th goal of the season just 46 seconds into the game. Then Connor Joyce got his first of the year off a slick feed from Brady Berard to extend the Eagles' lead to two.
The Huskies answered right back when Ben Poitras tipped a Jackson Dorrington shot in to cut the lead to one. But it didn't last long, as Eamon Powell sniped one from the slot to put the Eagles back up by two.
Shots are even at 10 apiece after 20 minutes.
