The final College Football Playoff rankings were announced Sunday, Dec. 2. Below, you can see the schedule, announcement times and TV channel information for all the 2018 CFP poll releases and this year's games.
Alabama, Clemson, Notre Dame and Oklahoma were named the top four teams in the final rankings and will move on to College Football Playoff semifinals. Alabama will be up against Oklahoma and Clemson will play Notre Dame. Georgia was ranked No. 5 after losing to Alabama in the SEC championship game, and Ohio State was ranked No. 6 after winning the Big Ten championship. Click here for the full top 25.
