Quinn Ewers, a native of Southlake, Texas, attended Ohio State out of high school. Per , Ewers signed with Ohio State over a boatload of offers that included Alabama, Texas and more. After one redshirt year at Ohio State, Ewers transferred to Texas in 2022.
