Kentucky linebacker Josh Allen is coming off a 2017 All-SEC second team selection and could be a first round pick in next year's NFL draft. But when it comes to college dorm life, he's gone through the same ordeals plenty of other unlucky college students have experienced.
At Monday's SEC football media days, Allen said the oddest question he was asked by media so far was, "What was your worst experience in a college dorm?"
His answer: "I got locked out of my room in my underwear," Allen repeated to reporters in the main media room at the College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta. "So I had to walk the hallway to the R.A. so they could let me back in. It was pretty funny."

If you could play one position in any other sport, what would you choose?
JA: "Basketball...I don't care (what position). I'd just want to play basketball. That's where the money's at."
Can you beat your sister (Myisha Hines-Allen, former Louisville women's basketball player and current Washington Mystic in the WNBA) in basketball?
JA: "Oh yeah."
Allen added that he was in attendance Sunday in Atlanta for his sister's game against the Atlanta Dream.
"Yeah, it was cool to see Myisha but I was there because I wanted to see (Mystics teammate) Elena Delle Donne. I wanted to see her so bad, so I had to take a picture. That's the biggest reason why I wanted to go. It was awesome."
