The official logo for the 2026 NCAA Men's Final Four was unveiled Friday, featuring iconic elements and vibrant colors that represent Indianapolis and the state of Indiana.
The logos for the 2026 NCAA Division II and III Men's Basketball Championships were also revealed, with Indianapolis hosting both of those championships at Gainbridge Fieldhouse during the same weekend as the Men's Final Four. This is the second time that the NCAA will conduct its three men's basketball championships on one weekend in the same city.
"We are excited to be back in our hometown of Indianapolis for the 2026 men's basketball championships — it's special for all of us to have the Men's Final Four in the same city on the same weekend as the championships in Divisions II and III, and we know our community will come out to support all of the fantastic student-athletes," said Dan Gavitt, the NCAA's senior vice president of basketball. "The Men's Basketball Committees look forward to the magic the Indianapolis Local Organizing Committee, the Indiana Sports Corp and our hosts from the Horizon League and IU Indy will bring to college basketball fans in central Indiana."
Indianapolis will host the Men's Final Four for the ninth time, with the Horizon League and Indiana University Indianapolis serving as the host institutions for the 2026 event at Lucas Oil Stadium. Indianapolis is second all-time in hosting Men's Final Fours, behind only Kansas City, which hosted 10 times between 1940 and 1988. Indianapolis does hold the record for most March Madness games, with 163 hosted as of 2024. The city most recently hosted the Men's Final Four in 2021 when the entire NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship was held in central Indiana in a controlled environment coming out of the pandemic.
Designed by Section 127 in Indianapolis, the 2026 Men's Final Four logo includes numerous tributes to Indianapolis and its history of hosting Final Fours in the logo design. The logo's color palette draws inspiration from Indiana sunsets. The overall design pays tribute to the iconic logos and apparel of the 1990s basketball era and includes elements drawn from the Indianapolis Civic Flag and the center court at Market Square Arena, the site of Indianapolis' first Final Four in 1980.
"We are thrilled to reveal and showcase the logo as we look to once again welcome college basketball fans back to Indianapolis for the 2026 Men's Final Four," said Patrick Talty, president of Indiana Sports Corp. "Indiana is where champions are crowned, and there is no better example of that than in 2026, when the city will host not only the Men's Final Four, but also the Division II and Division III men's basketball championship games, as well."
More information regarding ticket packages for the 2026 Men's Final Four will be provided after the conclusion of the 2025 Men's Final Four, to be held April 5 and 7 in San Antonio.
