Twenty elite point guards were selected to the 2017 preseason watch list for the Bob Cousy Award, which is presented to college basketball's top player at the position. The honor is one of five given out every year to the best player at each respective position on the floor. The Cousy Award is the most dated of the five, spanning back to 2003-04.
Last year's winner was Tyler Ulis out of Kentucky.
