No. 1 Boston College (Previous: 1) — Boston College took the sweep over New Hampshire with a 5-3 win on Friday and a 1-0 win on Sunday, claiming the Hockey East regular-season title.

No 2 Boston University (2) — BU had a bye week but will be back in action against Providence and then Vermont this week to end the regular season.
No. 3 North Dakota (4) — North Dakota took a sweep over Western Michigan to win the NCHC regular-season title. In Friday's 5-3 win, Jackson Blake had two assists and Ludvig Persson had 34 saves between the pipes.
No. 4 Denver (3) — Denver swept St. Cloud, outscoring the Huskies 13-4 across the weekend. In Friday's 6-2 win, the Pios capitalized on a three-goal first period where Sam Harris scored two goals, and on Saturday it was Jack Devine who had a pair of goals to lead the Pios to victory.
No. 5 Michigan State (5) — The Spartans split with Wisconsin to win their first outright regular-season Big 10 title. Trey Augustine had 44 saves between the pipes and kept the Badgers to just two goals in Friday's 5-2 win.
