6 student-athletes to represent U.S.Olympic hockey teams

Six current NCAA student-athletes will represent the United States in the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics in South Korea, set to begin next month. Four male student-athletes and two female student-athletes were selected to the U.S. Olympic hockey teams respectively, with the men's tournament set to run from Feb. 14-25 and the women's from Feb. 10-22.

Will Borgen (St. Cloud State), Ryan Donato (Harvard), Jordan Greenway (Boston University) and Troy Terry (Denver) will represent the men's team. Maddie Rooney (Minnesota Duluth) and Kelly Pannek (Minnesota) were named to the women's roster.

The women's team opens its quest for the gold medal Sunday, Feb. 11 at 2:40 a.m. ET against Finland, while the men open Wednesday, Feb. 14 at 7:10 a.m. ET against Slovenia.
