Pomona-Pitzer wins the 2023 DIII men's cross country championship with a score of 158 points. Wisconsin-La Crosse came in second and North Central (Ill.) took third. Ethan Gregg of Wisconsin-La Crosse won the men's 8k with a time of 24:02.4.
