Here's a quick guide to the 2025 Division I indoor track and field championships, including the schedule of events, TV information and how teams and individuals are selected.

When and where are the 2025 DI indoor track and field championships?

This season's NCAA indoor track and field championships are from Friday, March 14 to Saturday, March 15, 2025, at the Virginia Beach Sports Center in Virginia Beach, VA. It will be the first time the indoor championships have been held in Virginia Beach. Both the men's and women's championships are held simultaneously.

The 2025 NCAA DI Indoor Track & Field Championships will air on the ESPN family of networks.

The NCAA announced the 2025 NCAA DI Indoor Track & Field Championships schedule of events (subject to change). View the schedule below:

When and how the championship field is selected

The 2025 DI men and women's indoor track and field selections will be from qualifying performances from Friday, Nov. 29 to Sunday, Mar. 2. Mar. 2 is the last date a qualifying performance may be achieved, except for conference championships. Monday, Mar. 3 will mark the last date a qualifying performance may be achieved for conference championships. The final list of meet participants will be available on Tuesday, Mar. 4. On Wednesday, March 12, the final championships start lists will be posted on the NCAA website.
