2025 NCAA Division III Softball Committee announces championship bracket

DIII softball: 2025 selection show

INDIANAPOLIS β€” The NCAA Division III Softball Committee selected the 64 teams that will compete in the Division III Softball Championship.

The regional round will be held May 15-17. Sixteen sites will host four teams at each regional site. The team advancing from each regional will compete in the super regional round May 22 and 23 hosted by eight institutions. The finals, hosted by Illinois Wesleyan University, will be held May 29 - June 4 at Inspiration Field in Bloomington, Illinois. All rounds will use a double-elimination format.

Forty-two conferences received an automatic qualification into the championship. The 22 remaining teams were selected on an at-large basis using the NCAA Power Index (NPI). The conferences and teams that received automatic qualification are:
