The FCS regular season may have ended for most teams, but three HBCU football teams still have one more regular season game to play over Thanksgiving weekend. Here's one thing you should know about each game.
Thursday, Nov. 28 β Tuskegee at Alabama State (Turkey Day Classic)
What to know: Two teams dominate
The Turkey Day Classic has been in existence since 1924. However, the only team not named Tuskegee or Alabama State to win the Classic was Mississippi Valley State in 1971. The drought of other teams to win ended when Prairie View A&M won a game in 2019 and Arkansas-Pine Bluff won in 2022.

What to know: Why this game is now
This game wasn't originally scheduled for this week. The game was originally supposed to be played on Saturday, September 28, but Hurricane Helene forced a postponement of the game. Now, Alabama A&M and Florida A&M will meet in a game that will decided third place in the SWAC East.
