🏆 Northeastern wins third Women's Beanpot in a row, 20th all-time

The Northeastern Huskies defeated the Boston University Terriers 4-0 in the 2025 Women's Beanpot championship game. The win marks the Huskies' third Women's Beanpot championship in a row, and their 20th all time (most among Beanpot teams).

The Huskies also improve to 2-0 at TD Garden, defeating Boston University in the championship game for the second year in a row.

📈 Championship game has another record-breaking crowd

The 2025 Women's Beanpot saw an attendance of 13,279, the largest crowd at the Women's Beanpot in the 46 years of the tournament. This is the second year that the Women's Beanpot championship has been played at Boston's TD Garden.

Last week, Northeastern's Matthews Arena broke the record for the largest crowd at a campus site in Women's Beanpot history with 3,298.

Northeastern takes a 3-0 lead into the third period, and the Huskies are just 20 minutes away from their third Beanpot championship in a row.

The puck has dropped at TD Garden as No. 15 Northeastern takes on Boston University in the 2025 Women's Beanpot championship game.

BU is looking to get revenge for last year's championship game loss and win its first Beanpot since 2019. NU is looking to win its third Beanpot in a row, and its 20th all-time.

🥉 Eagles grab third! BC defeats Harvard 4-1 in third place game

Boston College defeated Harvard 4-1 in the 2025 Women's Beanpot third-place game. The Eagles also won their first game at TD Garden and got revenge on the Crimson for last year's shootout loss.

Boston College came out hot with three first-period goals, and the Eagles never looked back. A shorthanded tally in the third extended their lead to four before Harvard scored its first of the night on a late third-period powerplay. Grace Campbell stopped 27/28 shots in the win.

Harvard came out stronger after the intermission, outshooting Boston College 10-8 in the second period. BC still leads in 17-16 in shots. Despite getting some better chances, the Harvard offense could not get past BC goalie Grace Campbell.

🔥 BC leads Harvard 3-0 after an explosive first period

Boston College started hot, scoring three goals in a span of eight minutes. It was all Eagles early, with BC recording nine shots in the first 20 minutes.

Harvard coach Laura Bellamy called a timeout after the third BC goal to try to slow the game down and to switch goaltenders. Harvard had six shots in the period, with most coming after the timeout.
