π BYU sweeps DI cross country titles
BYU became the first team since 2004 Colorado to sweep the men's and women's team titles. The men's team won its first championship since 2019, with the women winning their first title since 2020.

Individually, Harvard's Graham Blanks was the first to cross the finish line in 28:37.2. Blanks goes back-to-back, out-pacing the field for the second straight year. The Crimson runner is the first back-to-back winner since BYU's Conner Mantz won the 2020 and 2021 titles. Impressively, New Mexico's Habtom Samuel finished second in the second straight year, this time with just one shoe.
On the women's side for individuals, Alabama's Doris Lemngole was the first to cross the finish line in 19:21.0. Lemngole used a final kick across the final 1K to separate from the pack and secure the win.

π Colorado School of Mines, Adams State win DII cross country titles
Colorado School of Mines won the men's DII cross country team title while Adams State won the women's team title. Both teams are familiar with the podium, as it's the third championship in the last five and the fourth since 2015 for Colorado School of Mines and the third championship in the last four years for Adams State.
Head coach Damon Martin wins his 38th championship as Adams State's cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field coach, the fourth most titles for any coach across all leagues and sports. This was Martin's 21st DII women's cross country team title.
Individually, West Texas A&M's William Amponsah won the men's title in 29:40.8, going back-to-back atop the individual podium. Grand Valley State's Lauren Kiley won women's crown in 20:28.5.

π Wisconsin-La Crosse, MIT win DIII cross country titles
Wisconsin-La Crosse won the men's DIII cross country team title and MIT won the women's crown. It's Wisconsin-La Crosse's first men's title since 2005 and fourth overall. Meanwhile, the MIT women finally broke through, winning the first title in program history.
Individually, Wisconsin-Whitewater's Christian Patzka won the men's title in 24:01.6 to move up from his second-place finish a year ago. Wilmington's Faith Duncan won in 20:16.5 in a dominant 41.7 victory for the women's crown.

Adams State won the women's DII cross country team title. The Grizzlies finished with 61 points, 66 less than West Texas A&M in second place. It's the third championship in the last four years for Adams State.
Individually, Grand Valley State's Lauren Kiley won in 20:28.5. Kiley won by 2.2 seconds.

Colorado School of Mines won the men's DII cross country team title. The Orediggers finished with 63 points, three less than Wingate in second place. It's the third championship in the last five and the fourth since 2015 for Colorado School of Mines.
Individually, West Texas A&M's William Amponsah won in 29:40.8. Amponsah has now won back-to-back individual titles.

Individually, Wisconsin-Whitewater's Christian Patzka won in 24:01.6. Parker won by 2.1 seconds to win, moving up from his second-place finish a year ago.
