West Texas A&M is one of five undefeated teams remaining in DII.
The most recent WBCA Coaches Poll was more of the same. Ashland remained queens of the DII women's basketball world, holding on to its No. 1 spot for more than a year straight.
Five seems to be the magic number in this week's Top 25. Just how did this week's poll shape out?
The Top 25 by the numbers:
0 -- Teams that switched spots in this week's Top 10. Ashland remains No. 1 with West Texas A&M, Indiana (Pa.), Carson-Newman and Luccock Christian rounding out the Top 5. Alaska Anchorage, Bentley, Drury, Virginia Union and California (Pa.) complete Nos. 6 through 10.

2 -- New teams to this week's Top 25. St. Thomas Aquinas enters at No. 23 and Lander enters at No. 25.
3 -- Spots Michigan Tech fell this week. Now No. 16, it is the biggest fall of the week.
3 -- Top 25 teams that lost last week, all to fellow ranked teams. Michigan Tech lost to Ashland, North Alabama lost to Union, and Southern Indiana lost to Drury.
5 -- Undefeated teams that remain in the Top 25. Ashland (15-0), West Texas A&M (14-0), IUP (12-0), Carson-Newman (15-0) and Augustana (14-0) are all that's left of perfect teams in DII.

5 -- Two-loss teams in the Top 25. Michigan Tech (12-2) is ranked the highest at No. 16.
5 -- Spots that Union jumped this week to claim the No. 19 spot in the poll. It's the biggest riser of the week.
8 -- Top 25 teams that are amongst the Top 10 scoring offenses in DII. No. 21 Glenville State leads the way, scoring 100.6 points per game.
15 -- Teams that have one loss in the Top 25. Lubbock Christian (14-1) is ranked the highest at No. 5.
16 -- Most wins so far in 2017-18. The honor goes to Azusa Pacific, sitting at No. 18.
21 -- Consecutive weeks that Ashland has held on to the No. 1 spot in the country.
50.8 -- Points allowed per game by No. 23 St. Thomas Aquinas, the best in DII.
52 -- Straight wins -- a DII women's basketball record -- that Ashland has reeled off, leading to their No. 1 status. The Eagles defeated then-No. 13 to tied the record, and then Northern Michigan to set the record this past weekend.
